Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking an Experience Coordinator in Kansas on a part-time basis. You will partner with physicians, administrators, staff, patients and families to manage proactive service recovery and complaint work across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills; a Bachelor’s in a health-related field is preferred. Expect 20 hours per week with hybrid work guidelines and routine experience rounding.

Qualifications

• Requires strong written communication skills and relationship-centered care.
• Background in healthcare and patient services preferred.
• Experience handling complaints and service recovery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct collaboration with Stormont Vail departments to enhance patient experience.
• Receive, track, and document patient communications into the grievance system.
• Follow up and document interactions to exceed patient expectations in the grievance system.
• Support improvement efforts through education, training, and ongoing initiatives.
