Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years experience in healthcare billing, patient accounts, or financials.

• Ability to write clear correspondence and reports.

Responsibilities

• Handle bad debt collections, billing, follow up, refunds and credit balances.
• Process billing claims, collection agency invoices, and payments.
• Follow up with payors; understand Medicare/Medicaid processes.
• Prepare credit balance reports and assist daily revenue cycle operations.
• Resolve accounts with minimal direction and communicate with diverse teams.
