Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls with proper salutation and triage inquiries.
• Complete intake, scheduling, updates in PM/EHR/EMR systems.
• Verify insurance and coordinate authorizations.
• Maintain scheduling protocol and monitor call metrics.
