Job summary

DOXA offers an internship designed to build a practical foundation by supporting the team with administrative tasks, contributing to active projects, and reporting findings. Interns will participate in meetings, conduct research, and compile data to inform decisions.

The program runs for 12 weeks (May–August 2027), with 40 hours per week, hybrid work, and in-office presence at DOXA Headquarters in Fort Wayne, IN. Pay is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, and 18+ years of age.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program.
• Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks and support the team in various projects.
• Contribute to active projects and provide input during meetings.
• Conduct research, compile data, and report findings.
• Assist in proposing ideas and solutions to drive success.
• Engage with peers and clients professionally to provide service or support.
• Suggest improvements to management for efficiency and processes.
