Job summary

Ohio Farm Bureau invites applications for a part-time Spring 2027 internship. The hybrid role blends in-office events, on-site activities, and remote work, forecasting 10‑20 hours weekly with some evenings and weekend commitments for events.

Compensation is $20/hour. The intern will support the Leadership Development team, reporting to the Senior Director, and will assist with logistics, communications, and program planning for Winter Leadership Experience and ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• Completed at least one year of undergraduate coursework, preferably in an agriculture area of study.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to excellence and professionalism in representing the Farm Bureau brand.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Basic understanding of Google Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc).
• A background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with logistics management, communication, program planning and/or other duties as assigned for organization-led events.
• Work alongside the Leadership Development team on all aspects of program planning and execution.
• Other duties as assigned by the Sr. Director of Leadership Development.
