Job summary

DOXA is offering a 12-week internship at its Fort Wayne headquarters. The role supports the team with administrative tasks, project participation, research, data compilation, and reporting findings.

Interns participate in meetings, contribute ideas, and gain hands-on experience across DOXA business areas. Ideal candidates are enrolled in or recently graduated from a related program, possess strong communication skills, and can work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; candidates must be 18+ years old.
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program.
• Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn DOXA's concept, brand, customer, product goals and business aspects.
• Participate in ongoing projects and contribute ideas to drive success.
• Conduct research, gather data, and analyze findings to support decisions.
• Take on designated tasks, propose ideas and solutions.
• Engage with peers and clients professionally to provide service and support.
• Suggest improvements to management for performance and efficiency.
• Learn and become proficient with internal software systems.
