Job summary

DOXA invites interns to join a 12‑week program (May–August 2027) in Fort Wayne, IN, with hybrid in-office and remote work. Interns will support the team by handling administrative tasks, assisting active projects, conducting research, compiling data, and reporting findings.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and practical application of theory in a real-world setting. Pay is $20.00 per hour, with holidays including July 4th paid.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 18+ years of age.
• Involves current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant program.
• Strong desire to learn and develop new skills is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organization are needed.
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.
