DOXA Insurance invites applications for a 12‑week Internship in Fort Wayne, IN. The role focuses on building practical knowledge while supporting the team with administrative tasks, research, data compilation, and reporting.

Interns will join meetings, contribute ideas, and learn internal software systems. The program runs May–August 2027 with a hybrid in‑office schedule at DOXA Headquarters and a pay rate of $20 per hour.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED, and 18+ years of age.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program.
• Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and apply understanding of the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of DOXA business.
• Participate in ongoing projects, offering assistance and contributing ideas to drive success.
• Conduct research, gather data, and assist in analyzing findings to support decision‑making processes.
• Accepts designated, business‑focused tasks to manage, propose ideas and solutions.
• Engages with peers and clients in a professional manner when applicable to provide service and/or support.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving performance, efficiency, and internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
