Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial or intellectual property litigation.
• Patent litigation experience is preferred.
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
• Admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred but not required.
• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents while conducting thorough legal research.
• Take and defend depositions, manage discovery processes, and prepare for hearings and trials.
• Manage complex cases, handle competing deadlines, and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Participate in trial preparation and support attorneys before federal courts, the Federal Circuit, ITC, and PTAB.
