Job summary

Our client is seeking an associate for its IP Litigation team with experience in patent or commercial litigation. Offices in CT, Boston, NY, DC, or Miami; salary range $220k–$260k. Candidates should have 4–6 years of relevant experience and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Bar admission or readiness to apply is required. Experience drafting pleadings and motions, taking depositions, handling discovery, and supporting trial preparation is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of commercial or IP litigation experience, with patent litigation experience preferred.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to discovery; conducting legal research; managing cases; and participating in hearings and trial preparation.
• Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted; USPTO admission preferred but not required.
