BCL Legal represents a top AMLaw international law firm seeking a Patent Litigation Associate Attorney in Washington DC or New York. The role requires 2–5 years of patent litigation experience in Federal District Courts and excellent academic credentials.

You will draft pleadings, motions and briefs, manage written discovery, and perform legal research. A technical undergraduate or advanced degree in CS, CE or EE is preferred.

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, managing written discovery, and conducting legal research
