Job summary

Utility Keystone in Manheim, PA is seeking a hybrid inside/outside Sales role to develop and grow parts sales, support outside reps, and expand online parts orders. You will split time between inside activity and field visits, with a clear path to managing a territory and future transitions.

The role emphasizes a sales-driven approach, strong customer development, and collaboration with Parts Manager, Trailer Sales, and Leasing to maximize opportunities and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience – Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn the trailer and parts business through hands-on training and teammates.
• Actively sell parts via phone, counter, and outbound sales efforts.
• Research, prospect, and develop new business within assigned and adjacent territories.
• Spend two days per week outside the building visiting customers and building relationships.
• Partner with outside sales reps to grow account gross profit and share of wallet.
• Support online parts sales through follow-up, orders, and promotions.
• Grow and maintain existing accounts by increasing share of wallet and frequency.
• Utilize CRM to track customer interactions and follow-up activity.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and gross profit targets.
• Promote and sell all UKTS departments (Parts, Service, Trailer Sales, Leasing, Financing).
