Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in leadership development or talent management, ideally within a law firm.
• Expertise in adult learning methodologies and instructional design.
• Experience managing external vendors and project management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create a partner training strategy aligned with firm goals.
• Conduct ongoing needs analyses using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Coordinate with Risk and General Counsel teams to embed ethical considerations into training.
