Qualifications

• 0–2 years of technical experience such as help desk support, time and attendance implementation, or software configuration.
• Knowledge of benefits, payroll, and HR compliance information.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools; MS Office suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own tasks and coordinate with internal departments, clients, and vendors to fulfill obligations.
• Perform basic to intermediate technical and service functions with minimal supervision.
• Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and within SLAs; communicate progress clearly.
