Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, estimating, or hybrid interior construction.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting, on‑call, or contract‑driven delivery.
• Strong understanding of interior construction sequencing.
• Ability to interpret drawings and develop complete scopes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades in occupied buildings.

Responsibilities

• Estimating & Preconstruction: review drawings/specs, prepare quantity takeoffs, identify trade impacts, develop proposals and assumptions, compare quotes, and support rapid pricing.
• Project Management: lead Partner Services projects from kickoff to closeout, manage budget/schedule/quality, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain documentation.
• Field & Trade Coordination: understand interior sequencing, coordinate MEP rough-ins and inspections, verify field conditions, and resolve constructability issues.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: include training, workload planning, performance appraisals, and employee development.
