Job summary

JRG Partners, LLC. seeks an experienced Project Manager / Estimator with 5–7 years of commercial construction experience to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, and overall project execution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing mixed-use commercial construction projects, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where quality, collaboration, and accountability are valued.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial construction project management and estimating.
• Experience managing mixed-use commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Procore for project management and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and specifications.
• Experience preparing estimates, managing budgets, and negotiating subcontractor pricing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and competitive bid estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
• Assist with bid submissions and contract negotiations.
