The role serves as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, driving initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–6 years in project/program management or related.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SOPs and playbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver business and operational initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for partners during implementations, escalations, and service requests.
• Analyze operational and partner data to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of revenue-impacting issues.
• Maintain partner-facing content and ensure adherence to processes and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, requirements, SOPs, and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve recurring operational processes.
• Build and maintain reporting to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
• Communicate technical and operational requirements to stakeholders.
