We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager I / Program Operations professional to support partner onboarding, operational programs, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced technology environment.
This role will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, helping drive initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely issue resolution.

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Duration: 12-Month Contract
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver business and operational initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partners during implementations, escalations, and ongoing service requests.
- Analyze operational and partner data to identify discrepancies, trends, and data-quality issues.
- Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of business and revenue-impacting issues.
- Maintain accurate partner-facing content and ensure adherence to established processes and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, requirements, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate recurring operational processes.
- Build and maintain reporting to improve operational visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Communicate technical and operational requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in project/program management, business operations, analytics, finance, implementation, or a similar field.
- Strong experience with Excel and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with established processes, SOPs, and playbooks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, financial services, internet technology, or high-growth environments.
- Experience with partner operations, partner onboarding, or implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms.
- Experience with data reporting, data validation, and data integrity.
- Experience with root-cause analysis and issue remediation.
- Experience working in regulated or SOX-compliant environments.
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.
