Motion Recruitment Partners in Wilmington, MA is seeking a full-time, hybrid Project Manager to lead client-facing product development programs across robotics, automation, and life sciences, managing schedules, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams using MS Project, Jira, Asana, and ERP systems.

This role offers ownership from kickoff through delivery with direct client interaction and visibility across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• 4+ years on product development engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project risks.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing product development programs across robotics, automation, and life sciences.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and risk registers.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.
