GeekWire Studios in Seattle is seeking a Part-Time Project & Video Production Coordinator (Temporary) to help manage sponsored projects from kickoff to completion. This hands-on role requires strong organization, clear communication and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

You’ll coordinate with Studios, sales, marketing and events, ensure deliverables and schedules stay on track, support video production tasks, and keep clients informed with updates and reports.

Qualificações

• Experience in project coordination, client service, advertising, media, marketing, content production or events is a plus.
• Experience with video, audio, social media or graphic production is required.

Responsabilidades

• Keep project timelines, deliverables and next steps on track for multiple sponsored projects.
• Create and maintain project checklists and schedules.
• Coordinate deliverables across Studios, sales, marketing and events teams.
• Track client feedback, edits, approvals and outstanding materials.
• Follow up with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving.
• Identify issues early and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
