Job summary

ITA Group in Atlanta is seeking a Video Production Coordinator to move projects from planning through final delivery. You will support brand campaigns, corporate storytelling, and live productions, working with the Video team, clients, vendors, and freelancers.

The role is highly organized and proactive, involving pre-production planning, on-site filming support, and post-production coordination to keep schedules, budgets, and approvals on track.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in film, communications, media production, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • One to three years of experience in video production, creative production, project coordination, or a related field.
  • A foundational understanding of video production, post-production workflows, and common production practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate video project schedules, timelines, deliverables, status updates, and production documentation using Workfront and other team tools.
  • Support pre-production planning by preparing call sheets, coordinating travel and filming logistics, and helping secure crew, locations, equipment rentals, vendors, and production resources.
  • Communicate with internal teams, clients, freelancers, vendors, and crew members to keep project details clear, organized, and moving forward.
  • Provide on-site support for filming and live productions, including equipment preparation, production setup, crew coordination, shoot notes, releases, approvals, expense tracking, and production logs.
  • Coordinate post-production review cycles, stakeholder feedback, revisions, approvals, file organization, media archiving, and final deliverables.
  • Track vendor estimates, invoices, project expenses, contracts, deal memos, NDAs, and freelancer documentation, escalating questions or discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain organized project files, production records, vendor information, and asset libraries to support efficient handoffs and long-term accessibility.
  • Identify practical ways to improve production workflows, documentation, and operational consistency.

Position Overview

Bring creative ideas to life by keeping every detail of video production moving forward. As a Video Production Coordinator, you will support projects spanning brand campaigns, corporate storytelling, multimedia event content, and live productions. You will partner with the Video team, broader Production team, internal creative partners, clients, vendors, and freelancers to coordinate work from early planning through final delivery.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to build a career in video or creative production. You will gain hands-on experience across pre-production, on-site production, post-production, and the operational work that helps projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with their goals.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, freelancers, crew members, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience supporting production logistics and familiarity with camera, audio, lighting, and equipment setup needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and familiarity with Workfront or a similar project management platform.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite workflows are helpful; a portfolio or relevant work samples are welcome.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving production environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for on-site video production support and to work the time necessary to meet project deadlines.
