Broadway Theater Workshops in Montvale, NJ is seeking a Program Coordinator for after-school theatre programs. The role is part-time (10–15 hours/week) with 6 hours in person and the rest remote, ideal for someone who can support rehearsals and program administration.

You will work on the ground twice weekly in Montvale during after-school hours (3:30pm–6:30pm) and remotely for remaining hours. A background check is required due to proximity to children, with growth potential during summer camp

Qualificações

• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Forms/Calendar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in theatre and familiarity with theatre terminology.
• Team player willing to contribute across roles.
• Experience with youth programs a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create materials for programs across Fall, Spring, and Summer camps.
• Create and collect data for forms and documents.
• Draft and respond to emails related to programming.
• Attend weekly team Zoom meetings.
• Track Private Lessons and ensure instructors are paid.
• Organize digital files, data, and program materials.
• Organize physical files, data, and supplies.
• Prepare music, scenework, and documents for programs.
• Prepare rehearsal spaces and ensure space readiness.
• Close down rehearsal spaces after sessions.
