Responsibilities

• Director Support: assist the Lead Director in staging, blocking, choreography, and vocal rehearsals.
• Rehearsal Management: help manage student behavior, track attendance, and ensure practices run on schedule.
• Production Coordination: assist with backstage management, prop organization, cue tracking, and communication with the stage crew during tech week and live shows.
• Student Mentorship: provide constructive feedback to student actors to develop characters and stage presence.
• Collaboration: act as liaison between staff, student performers, and parents.

Commitment & Hours

Standard Weeks: 3-5 hours per week (primarily after-school rehearsals or weekend workshops).

Production & Tech Weeks: Hours will increase up to 10+ hours per week during technical rehearsals and scheduled performance dates.

Flexibility: Hours will vary based on the production calendar, show dates, and rehearsal schedules in Belmar.
