Job summary

The Work-Family Connection, a non-profit organization in New Jersey, is seeking a part-time teacher for the before/after school program in Pohatcong. You will assist the Site Director, engage with children and parents, implement activities, help with homework, and ensure safety and supervision for the program.

Hours run from 7:00 am to 8:45 am for before school and 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm for after school, Monday through Friday; flexible schedules may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Director in day-to-day operations of the program.
• Interact with children and parents on a daily basis.
• Implement curriculum and activities; assist with homework.
• Maintain safety and supervision of the program.
