Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' billing experience, preferably in health care or skilled nursing.
• Accounting/Collections experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter and complete payer-specific billing for assigned centers per billing schedule.
• Provide back-up billing (primary and coinsurance) for centers assigned to other Billing Specialists.
• Maintain accounts receivable at or under company goals.
• Post cash as assigned to the payer.
• Attend training sessions as necessary.
• Promote and demonstrate a Service Excellence culture.
