Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Homecare Billing Specialist in the Finance Department to provide administrative support with a focus on payables and documenting payments for the homecare program. You will handle billing, compliance, auditing, and cross-functional support to ensure accurate financial records.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet agency deadlines.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive billing experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of a general ledger/billing system.
• Experience with data entry and accuracy auditing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Billing – prepare payment requests to homecare vendors and input services via Intaact and Diamond for grants.
• Compliance / Balance – update, analyze, and reconcile financial data to meet grant requirements and balance invoices.
• Training and Support – assist with trainings and cover billing staff as needed.
• Audit – prepare and balance homecare service logs for audits.
• Miscellaneous – perform other duties as assigned by management.
