Job summary

Lost and Found Therapy PLLC seeks a part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient psychotherapy for individuals and families. You will perform intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation with a team that values inclusion and trauma-informed care.

The role offers hybrid work, with in-person sessions at our West Seattle office and telehealth from home. Experience across age groups and commitment to culturally responsive care are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in Washington state (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) or equivalent; associate licensure with supervision considered.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy to children, teens, or adults with trauma-informed care.
• Ability to maintain clear documentation and manage a caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals and families using evidence-based methods.
• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and document timely clinical notes.
• Coordinate care with other providers; participate in supervision, consultations, and practice meetings.
• Deliver services in a hybrid format: West Seattle office and telehealth from home, with some in-person Mondays/Fridays or weekends.
