Pillar of Strength Counseling, a trauma-informed behavioral health practice, seeks a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient psychotherapy to diverse age groups. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while ensuring timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field; licensure eligibility.
• Knowledge of ethics, confidentiality, and documentation standards.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT, psychodynamic, trauma-focused modalities.
• Perform crisis intervention and ensure client safety.
