Role Description The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals and families using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating care with other providers when appropriate. The therapist will offer services in a hybrid format, with in-person sessions at the West Seattle office and some flexibility for telehealth sessions from home. This is a part-time role that involves managing a caseload, engaging in regular clinical consultation, and participating in practice meetings as needed. The therapist will contribute to an inclusive practice culture by integrating culturally responsive care and supporting client autonomy and empowerment.
