Job summary

Credent Care LLC is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally competent, trauma-informed therapy to diverse clients in an outpatient/ hybrid setting. The role supports licensed and trainee practitioners, with supervision as required, and emphasizes collaboration with treatment teams.

The position involves diagnostic assessments, individual/family/couples therapy, crisis response, and timely documentation, all while adhering to DHS regulations and licensing board requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Working towards licensure as LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Engaging in supervision as required by the board and supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments to determine eligibility for services.
• Provide therapy to individuals, families, and couples in outpatient settings.
• Develop, implement, and revise personalized treatment goals with client collaboration.
• Respond to crisis situations and follow supervisor directives as needed.
• Document services and submit progress notes within 24–48 hours.
