Job summary

VIA LINK, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support emergency shelter data operations. You will manage HMIS records for Unity Continuum of Care in a hybrid role with 3 in-office days in Metairie, LA and remaining hours remote.

The position offers an hourly rate of $15.00 and requires attention to detail and reliable data entry skills. Responsibilities include updating shelter data quality, generating reports, and supporting additional HMIS projects.

• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

• Ability to communicate clearly by phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Daily management and updating of emergency shelter data quality.
• Generate and send custom HMIS reports.
• Support additional data entry projects as assigned.
• Occasionally work on-site at shelters and interact with residents and staff.
• Assist HMIS Administrator with the Identification Card System.
