Job summary

Trust for Public Land in Minnesota seeks a Parks and Schoolyards Manager to oversee multiple park and schoolyard projects from engagement and design through construction and completion.

You will lead budgets, schedules, and contracts, hire consultants, coordinate with schools, districts, and local partners, and ensure projects meet community needs while staying within budget. Hybrid/hybrid remote work with travel across Minnesota is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing design, construction, or planning projects.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with budgeting and timelines.
• Strong written and oral communication across diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel across Minnesota and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project management from engagement to completion.
