Job summary

The Trust for Public Land in Minnesota is seeking a Project Manager for the Minnesota Rivers Program to protect public lands along major waterways. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of project management experience in land conservation real estate transactions or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience with public grant administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, document, and close land conservation transactions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with public agencies, Tribal Nations, and partners to ensure compliance and accountability.
• Develop project budgets and secure financing from public and private sources.
• Manage due diligence, consultant coordination, and grant reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
