Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three to five years of relevant experience and/or a paralegal certificate.
• Experience in litigation support, governance, regulatory concepts, and contract language is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and ability to learn PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor laws, regulations, and filings across jurisdictions.
• Conduct basic regulatory and legal research and summarize findings.
• Support litigation by organizing case files and coordinating with outside counsel.
• Maintain corporate governance documents, regulatory inventories, and compliance logs.
• Manage lifecycle of commercial contracts and renewal management.
• Assist with contract intake, routing, execution, and record retention.
• Perform administrative services including invoicing, budgeting, and filing updates.
