Job summary

Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in Arlington, VA is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our office in person. The role supports ownership, leadership, HR, operations, and outside counsel across contracts, corporate filings, employment matters, compliance, and legal coordination.

The successful candidate will review contracts, maintain records, assist with employment issues, and coordinate with outside counsel on litigation and compliance across our restaurant brands.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a corporate or in-house legal environment.
• Experience reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, and supporting corporate legal matters.
• Knowledge of employment law, corporate compliance, and litigation support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and manage contracts, vendor agreements, leases, and other corporate legal documents.
• Maintain corporate records, business filings, licenses, and legal documentation across multiple entities.
• Assist with employment-related legal matters, employee relations documentation, investigations, and HR compliance.
• Coordinate with outside legal counsel regarding litigation, employment matters, and other legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and monitor federal, state, and local regulations impacting business operations.
• Track important legal deadlines, contract renewals, compliance requirements, and filings.
• Assist with insurance matters, licensing, franchise agreements, and risk management.
• Work closely with leadership and internal departments to provide legal and administrative support.
• Maintain organized and confidential legal records while managing multiple priorities.

Salary: Starting at $75,000 annually, based on experience

We are a growing multi-brand restaurant group operating Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Burger King, Round Table Pizza, and Buffalo Wild Wings locations across multiple states. We are looking to add an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to our team at our corporate office in Arlington, VA.

Position Overview

The Corporate Paralegal will work closely with company ownership, leadership, Human Resources, Operations, and outside legal counsel to support various legal matters across our businesses. • Experience supporting multiple business entities or working in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position at our Arlington, VA corporate office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
