Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, or related field.
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• 8+ years paralegal experience supporting a corporate in-house legal team.
• Demonstrated experience with contract management, corporate governance, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate routine contracts under attorney supervision.
• Maintain contract management systems and track key terms.
• Assist with governance and filing of corporate documents.
• Support compliance monitoring programs and regulatory research.
• Coordinate with internal departments and outside counsel as needed.
• Assist with litigation matters and document management.
