Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP seeks an experienced general litigation defense Paralegal for a hybrid role based in Mt. Laurel, NJ, with options to work from King of Prussia or Philadelphia.

The Paralegal will support a team from inception through trial and close. Responsibilities include managing cases, time entry billing, document review, trial prep, and status reports; candidates should have 5+ years' experience, a paralegal certificate or BA, strong organization, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in defense litigation support.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved organization.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage client cases from inception through trial and closing.
• Daily time entry billing requirements.
• Obtain, review, analyze and summarize documents, including medical records.
• Trial preparation – binders, exhibits and witness files.
• Create status reports and provide updates to appropriate parties.
• Willingness to work on cases end-to-end and meet deadlines.
• Additional duties as assigned.
