Job summary

• Minimum three (3) years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Experience drafting corporate and legal transactional documents for attorney review.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and apply statutes, regulations, and program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and amend legal documents for attorney review (corporate resolutions, notices, pleadings, real estate documents).
• Prepare, file, and record documents to protect security interests (mortgages, UCC filings).
• Prepare responses to summonses, subpoenas, Public Records requests, and related documents.
• Perform legal research and support diverse business functions.
