Hasbro is seeking a Corporate Governance and Securities Compliance Paralegal with 4+ years of experience to join its Legal Department. You will support SEC reporting, board materials, and governance functions across Hasbro’s global footprint.

You will review contracts, manage outside counsel relationships, and lead anti-bribery due diligence and compliance initiatives, onsite in Boston or Pawtucket as required.

Formación

• 4+ years of paralegal experience in corporate securities or commercial transactions.
• Associate degree or paralegal certificate preferred; bachelor's degree a plus.
• Strong teamwork, judgment, and ability to work with attorneys and stakeholders.
• Experience with in-house or law firm environments is a plus.
• Expertise in anti-bribery due diligence and compliance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Support SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K), Section 16 reporting, and governance matters.
• Prepare board/committee materials and maintain minute books.
• Draft and manage commercial agreements; oversee contract management systems.
• Research securities regulations and related legal developments.
• Coordinate with Finance on inquiries and outside counsel management.
• Lead anti-bribery due diligence and compliance clearance for third parties.
• Maintain code of conduct updates and conflict-of-interest reviews.
