• Requires bachelor's degree or international equivalent and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum three years’ work experience in a large international law firm or corporation.
• Minimum five years’ work experience with in-house legal team.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support business unit attorneys in drafting legal documentation and performing legal and factual research.
• Review, negotiate (with legal direction), and track non-disclosure agreements.
• Identify relevant jurisdictions where potential work is to be performed and ensure licenses are in place.
• Maintain contract templates and ensure appropriate forms of agreement are used.
• Manage key business documentation including executed contracts.
• Support development of internal protocols and procedures and handle information requests.
