Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC seeks a Contract Specialist/Paralegal in Boston, MA to provide legal and administrative support across property management, contracts, compliance, and litigation support. The role emphasizes contract drafting, template management, and cross-department collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The position reports to the General Counsel/Associate General Counsel, with hybrid work in Boston and a competitive compensation package including benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, contracts, real estate, property management, or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as contracts, real estate, or corporate paralegal at a law firm, real estate firm, or property management company.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes terms and conditions of contract documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Creates, updates, and maintains contract templates reflecting current legal requirements and best practices.
• Organizes and maintains the contract template repository and streamlines the review process.
• Provides guidance on using contract templates and identifies opportunities to streamline processes.
• Supports the Associate General Counsel in property management matters and legal research.
