Job summary

Cypress HCM in Menlo Park, CA, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our global digital marketing team. You will execute paid campaigns, analyze ad performance, and help generate high-quality leads through our paid channels.

You’ll collaborate with Growth Marketing to craft ad copy and creatives, perform keyword research, and build audience targeting strategies, while staying current on paid media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC or CPC advertising.
• Understanding of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display advertising channels.
• Hands-on experience in at least one channel: Paid Social or Paid Search.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
• A self-starter eager to learn and master digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B tech company is a plus.
• Willingness to work from Menlo Park office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor daily ad performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Use data from Snowflake and various ad platforms to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Adjust bidding strategies, placements, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates and CPR.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to develop engaging ad copy/creatives.
• Conduct keyword research for search campaigns.
• Build and refine audience targeting strategies for social and display ads.
• Generate performance reports and provide insights on trends, wins, and areas for optimization.
• Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
