5W is hiring an AE, Paid Media to plan, run, and optimize campaigns for a range of clients. You'll work across search, social, display, and newer channels, collaborating with account, creative, and analytics teams to drive real results.

This hybrid role is based in our Miami or Tampa office, with 3 days per week in the office. The team values entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on ownership, and a willingness to go beyond expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital media planning and buying experience with results.
• Current or past agency experience working on multiple clients.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4; GTM or programmatic platforms is a plus.
• Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets; Looker Studio is a bonus.
• Experience presenting media strategies to clients.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Organized with ability to manage several projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set campaign goals, audiences, budgets, and KPIs with clients and internal teams.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic.
• Manage budgets and pacing across multiple accounts.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust bids, targeting, creatives, and budgets.
• Build reports tracking ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions; explain results to clients.
• Analyze client data alongside media data to gauge impact on sales and leads.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixels, and tags with web/analytics teams.
• Collaborate with creative team on ad ideas, copy, and assets; leverage data for optimization.
• Present media plans and results to clients; stay updated on platform changes.
