Job summary

5W Public Relations LLC is seeking an AE, Paid Media to plan, run, and optimize campaigns for a range of clients. You'll work across search, social, display, and newer channels, collaborating with account, creative, and analytics teams to drive real results.

This hybrid role is based in our Miami or Tampa office, with 3 days per week in the office. You’ll own campaigns, communicate with clients, and grow with a fast-moving agency.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience planning and buying digital media.
• Current or past agency experience working on multiple clients.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
• Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets; Looker Studio is a bonus.
• Experience presenting media strategies to clients.

Responsibilities

• Set campaign goals, audiences, budgets and KPIs with clients, then build media plans.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic.
• Manage budgets and pacing across multiple accounts.
• Check performance daily and adjust bids, targeting, creative, and budgets.
• Set up A/B tests to improve results.
• Build reports tracking ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions and explain results.
• Analyze client and media data to gauge impact on sales and leads.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixels and tags.
• Collaborate with the creative team on ad ideas and assets.
• Present media plans and results to clients.
• Stay updated on platform changes, privacy shifts, and industry trends and share ideas.
