Job summary

5WPR is seeking an Account Executive, Digital to support planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will contribute to client campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and more, drafting social copy and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role is hybrid, based in our Miami or Tampa office with 2–3 days in the office, and focuses on delivering ROI through integrated digital strategies and content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in channel activation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social, search, display, email.
• Familiarity with campaign tracking and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Developing analytical and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Assist in day-to-day execution of social programs across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok.
• Draft social copy, briefs, calendars, and client-ready materials.
• Coordinate with writers, designers, video editors and other specialists to meet deadlines.
• Monitor conversations and pull analytics to support reporting and learnings.
• Collaborate with PR, creative, influencer, paid media and analytics teams.
