5W Public Relations LLC. is seeking an AE, Paid Media to plan, run, and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, and newer channels for a diverse client base. The role emphasizes hands-on buying, client communication, and growth across platforms.

The position is hybrid, based in Miami or Tampa with 3 days in the office, offering exposure to multiple channels and industries and opportunities to learn and advance in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience planning and buying digital media.
• Agency experience with multiple clients is preferred.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4 is required; GTM, programmatic platforms, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to set goals, audiences, budgets, and KPIs and build media plans.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, and newer channels.
• Manage budgets and pacing across several accounts and adjust bids as needed.
