The Carlisle Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Administrator/Account Manager for a hybrid role to service a designated client group, support Sales Executives and Account Executives, and handle policy changes and billing.

The role focuses on Property & Casualty insurance, requires 3–5 years of insurance experience and P&C licensure; an Associate’s degree is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years of insurance experience or training.
• Licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer or eligible.
• Continuing education as required by statutes.

Responsabilités

• Service a designated group of customers and process policy changes and billing.
• Provide quotes, proposals, and bind coverage per insurer guidelines.
• Coordinate document processing with the Administrative Assistant.
• Support Sales Executives/Account Executives and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
• Review policies for additional coverages before renewal.
• Conduct periodic service calls and document conversations with customers/insurers.
• Uphold agency policies and procedures.
