Job summary

Tcgrecruit is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Administrator/Account Manager to service a designated group of customers and support Sales Executives in a hybrid work setting. The role centers on Property and Casualty, including processing policy changes and coordinating with insurers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of insurance experience, an associate’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a licensed P&C producer designation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years insurance experience and/or training.
• Licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer or ability to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Service a designated group of Commercial Lines customers and process policy changes and billing.
• Provide quotes, proposals, and bind coverage per insurer guidelines.
• Coordinate document processing with Administrative Assistant and support Sales/Account Executives.
• Foster new business opportunities through responsive customer service and relationship building.
• Review policies to identify additional coverages at renewal; conduct periodic service calls.
