Job summary

The Carlisle Group (TCG) is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing, independent insurance agency in a hybrid/on-site role. You will manage a portfolio of commercial accounts and serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property, casualty, and related products.
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Review coverage needs and provide insurance solutions tailored to client objectives.
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes.
• Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal service teams.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and account growth.
• Ensure a high level of client retention and satisfaction.
