Job summary

Power Designers Sibex is seeking an Outside Sales/Business Development Manager in Florida to drive EMS, PCBAs, components, and power systems sales. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and close contracts while aligning with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include generating leads, negotiating terms, and collaborating with engineering to price complex projects. Travel to client sites and events is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience selling contract manufacturing services, PCBAs, electronic components, or related products.
• Proven outside sales and business development experience.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospective clients.
• Actively prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
• Generate qualified leads that fit the company new business profile.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms with customers.
• Close new customer business and secure long-term manufacturing agreements.
• Submit quotations and proposals that meet profitability requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to price complex assemblies and projects.
• Sell electronic components, PCB assemblies, power systems, and contract manufacturing services.
• Win new part numbers and programs from existing customers.
• Present capabilities during meetings, trade shows, and business-development events.
• Travel to customer locations, prospect sites, and company facilities.
